Payment terms

How payment works

Prices in USD. 30% to start, the rest only as milestones ship. Scope locks before we begin, so the price never moves.

Each project has a fixed price, agreed in writing before work starts. New ideas mid-project go into a follow-up scope with its own fixed price.

Invoicing

Work is contracted and invoiced through Osum Studio Pvt Ltd. Invoices are payable within 7 days. Third-party costs, like hosting, are billed at cost with no markup.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any milestone. You pay for milestones already shipped, nothing beyond them. The starting payment covers the research and setup already done, so it is not refunded once work has started.

If I have to cancel, everything produced so far is handed over and any unearned payment is returned.

What you own

Everything lives in shared files from day one. Design files, documentation, and code are yours at every paid stage.
