Payment terms

How payment works

Prices in USD. Every engagement starts with a call. The pilot week is $3,000 fixed, for 1 flow in 1 week. Once we agree the flow, 50% upfront books the week and 50% is due on completion, when the flow ships.

The monthly is $8,000 a month, month to month with no minimum term, billed 50% on day 1 and 50% at month end. It can start directly, no pilot needed. If you upgrade within 14 days of a pilot shipping, the pilot counts as flow 1 of your first month, and the first monthly invoice is $5,000. Each flow is agreed before work starts. New ideas become the next flow.

Invoicing

Work is contracted and invoiced through Osum Studio Pvt Ltd. Invoices are payable within 7 days. Third-party costs, like hosting, are billed at cost with no markup.

Cancellation

The 50% upfront books the week and covers the research and setup, so it is not refunded once work has started. The monthly runs month to month: stop any time, and the month you are in is the last one billed.

If I have to cancel, everything produced so far is handed over and any unearned payment is returned.

Everything lives in shared files from day one. Design files, documentation, and code are yours at every paid stage.
