What do you get from a 2 week Blueprint?

The short answer

In 2 weeks you get a business case, a working prototype and a fixed build price. The case shows what the tool saves and what it costs. Your team clicks through the prototype. The proposal fixes the price and timeline. It costs $3,500 at the founding rate, credited to the build. You keep the case and the prototype.

  1. Week 1

How the work runs today, and what it costs

  2. Demo meeting

What the agent does, its rules, where a person decides

  3. Week 2

    A prototype your team clicks

  4. Proposal

    A fixed price and timeline

2 weeks, 2 meetings, and 3 things you keep.

What happens in week 1?

We understand the work and decide what the agent does. I study how the task runs today, who touches it, and what it costs.

Then we agree what the agent will do, inside which rules, and where a person decides. Week 1 ends with a demo meeting and the business case in numbers.

What happens in week 2?

I build the prototype and your team tests it on real cases. Week 2 ends with the final meeting and the clickable prototype.

The walkthrough is the proposal meeting. It sets what gets built, the fixed price and the timeline.

Why a prototype and not a roadmap?

A roadmap describes the tool. The Blueprint lets your team try it. Feedback on a prototype is concrete, because people react to what they used.

That is also why the build price can be fixed. The hard questions get answered in the prototype, before the build starts.

What if the Blueprint says not to build?

That is a good result. You keep the business case and the prototype.

Learning it cost $3,500. A build would have cost $30,000.
