# What if the build does not pay off?

Then you find out in the Blueprint, before the build spend. It takes 2 weeks and costs $3,500. You get a business case in numbers and a prototype you can click. If the numbers say not to build, you stop there. You keep both. Learning it cost $3,500. A build would have cost $30,000.

## Can anyone promise the build pays off?

No. Anyone promising a number before seeing your data is guessing.

The Blueprint promises evidence instead. A business case in numbers, and a prototype real users can click.

## How is the downside capped?

A fixed price for a fixed 2 weeks, paid upfront. The worst case is known before the first screen.

The usual alternative is a build that starts on a guess. It keeps spending while the question stays open.

## What do you keep either way?

The business case, the prototype, the findings and the decision log.

If we never work together again, the next attempt starts from evidence, not from zero.

## How is success measured?

It is agreed before we start: which numbers, from where, over what window.

A build here is measured by weekly use after launch, not by its launch date. During the build you see a live demo every week, so nothing drifts for long.
